~Prenatal Yoga Classes~

Yoga (or union) is an ideal way to safely stretch and tone your body during pregnancy. My classes are unique in that I bring massage techniques and relevant doula and childbirth information to each of my classes, which always consist of asanas (postures) designed to help ease the discomforts of pregnancy, with an emphasis on those that can assist you during labor. I integrate pranayama (breath work), visualizations, meditations, and coping practices so that you will feel better prepared for the magical journey of birth. My classes provide an excellent opportunity to connect with other women in the community to share insights and experiences.
